We knew we couldn't cut corners. We spent months in our South Brisbane kitchen testing flour densities, moisture ratios, and griddle temperatures until we hit the absolute jackpot. Every single batch of our secret batter is prepared fresh daily, using premium glutinous rice flour and local Queensland ingredients.
